Kendall has a B.A. in the Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington and an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Washington, Tacoma. She has many years of experience in the field of education, currently maintaining a studio of violin and piano students at the University of Puget Sound.

David Hazel is a Drupal Consultant and serial entrepreneur. Having been involved with Drupal since 2007, David has focused on providing expert consulting, training, mentoring and Drupal implementation services to small and medium sized businesses. 

David has successfully implemented project under timeline and budget constraints ranging from paid content access, university websites and high quality magazine website and subscription tools, marketing pieces for analytics companies and expense reporting tools.

David has also provided additional development support to top tier Interactive Web Agencies and Drupal Consultancies.

In addition to his Principal role at Hazel Consulting, David also serves as Co-Founder and CTO at Social Power Inc., a company focusing on taking web development, social media, search optimization strategies and reputation / issues monitoring and bringing them together in purposeful and synergistic ways.
